My name is Bob Beck, brother law to Jim Van Hyning. My sister was married to Jim but passed away the end of September. My wife and I traveled to Florida from Oklahoma to assist with Jim’s affairs. Realizing Jim was not able to live unassisted. From a realtor calendar we called Faye and we are so grateful we made that decision. Not knowing the area we depended heavily on Faye’s knowledge and years of real estate experience. We remained in Florida a month and by the time we left Florida there was a contract, all inspections completed and the closing date established at the sale price we had hoped for.

Besides being a great agent we became close friends. We are trying to sell our home in Oklahoma and have never worked with such an energetic and caring agent. My wife and are can not give Faye the praise she deserves.
