I originally purchased this house in 1990 using Fay as my agent, so it seemed right to use her to sell the house in 2018. As she was in 1990, Faye works tirelessly to help the customer through a complicated and anxious time. Everything she advised me to do to help sell the house was spot on especially the price she helped set. With her marketing we received 3 offers the first day. My name is Bob Beck, brother law to Jim Van Hyning. My sister was married to Jim but passed away the end of September. My wife and I traveled to Florida from Oklahoma to assist with Jim’s affairs. Realizing Jim was not able to live unassisted. From a realtor calendar we called Faye and we are so grateful we made that decision.
